Ann Latham
Founder of Uncommon Clarity-Opening Keynote and Session Facilitator

Ann Latham is the founder of Boston area consulting firm Uncommon Clarity®, Inc. Her clients represent more than 40 industries and range from for-profit organizations, such as Boeing, Medtronic, and Hitachi, to nonprofit organizations as diverse as Public Television and Smith College.

Ann spent the first half of her career working in high-tech companies, beginning as a software engineer and winding up reporting to the CEO and leading cross-functional and cross-divisional efforts to set strategy and make operational improvements. In 2004, after years of helping only one company at a time, Ann decided to strike out as an independent consultant so she could take her talents to many companies and increase her impact.

She is the author of The Clarity Papers – The Executive’s Guide to Clear Thinking and Better, Faster Results plus three other books.

Ann has also been interviewed and has been written about in 85 media sources, including The New York Times, Bloomberg BusinessWeekForbesInc., MSNBC.com, and MasterCard.com. She is an expert blogger for Forbes.com. Her business advice also appears in her own global e-newsletter, Clear Thoughts, which won a Constant Contact All-Star Award (for its exceptionally high open rate).

George S. Everly, Jr., PhD, ABPP, FAPA, FACLP
John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health

George holds faculty appointments in the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. Dr. Everly was trained in business administration, neuroscience, and clinical psychology. A former Harvard Scholar, he subsequently served as Chief Psychologist and Director of Behavioral Medicine for the Johns Hopkins Homewood Hospital Center.

Allison Dunn
CEO, Executive Business Coach and Surthriver

Coach Allison Dunn believes that the key to success in life and business is to have a burning passion to be the best that you can possibly be, have clarity, and confidently take action.  She helps business owners and executives achieve freedom, finances, and fulfillment in their life and in their business.  She is passionate about helping people realize their potential and equipping teams for massive results.

Allison spent the past 25 years as an owner and executive of several businesses, including an engineering firm, manufacturing company, and architectural firm.  In 2013, Allison launched Deliberate Directions where she is a certified Master Coach that has helped her clients achieve more with less by increasing their sales, profits, and -most importantly- helping them achieve the vision they have for their business and life.

Allison holds degrees in Finance and Marketing from the University of Denver. She lives in Boise, Idaho, with her husband and three children. Whether at home or traveling, Allison enjoys cooking, keeping fit, volunteering, and exploring the outdoors.

Alex Bolinger, PhD
Idaho State University College of Business

Dr. Alex Bolinger is an Associate Professor of Management in the College of Business at Idaho State University. He teaches classes on negotiation and decision-making, teamwork, and relational leadership. His research on teamwork, negotiation, entrepreneurship, and service work challenges has been published in the Harvard Business Review, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and Cornell Hospitality Quarterly,among other outlets.

An advocate of student engagement with the community, Dr. Bolinger has facilitated signature learning experiences for his students such as the “Make-a-Wish Challenge,” book-writing projects, and the International Collegiate Business Strategy Competition in Anaheim, California. He was voted by the Associated Students of Idaho State University as the school’s “Professor of the Year” for 2015-2016.

Mark Robinson
Motivational Speaker, Comedian, & Magician-Closing Keynote

Comedian Magician Mark Robinson has standup comedy that has gained rave reviews, an invitation to open for Jeff Foxworthy, and an appearance with late night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel. His abilities as a magician have won multiple awards, numerous engagements at Harrah’s Casinos, and an invitation to perform for the prestigious academy of magical arts in Hollywood. Mark Robinson has toured China three times as well as a command performance for the Incredible Acrobats of Shanghai. He has also done halftime shows for the NBA, performing at games for the Atlanta Hawks, Golden State Warriors, and Los Angeles Lakers. His unique abilities have been featured in national TV commercials and he has filmed television shows for Warner Brothers, NBC, and ABC. But it’s his ability to weave a motivational message into the fun that has made Mark Robinson one of the busiest and best motivational speakers in the country.
